Installation environment
Dezhou has a warm temperate continental monsoon climate with four distinct seasons, obvious dry and wet seasons, and is prone to extreme weather. Drought and flood disasters are prone to occur in summer, and the climate is prone to cold and dryness in winter. The city’s average annual precipitation is 547.5mm, and the historical extreme high/low temperatures in the past five years are 44℃ and -20℃.
Based on the factory situation, UFO Power designed a 160kW/335kWh energy storage solution, which consists of two air-cooled integrated energy storage cabinets with rated power/capacity of 60kW/120kWh and 100kW/215kWh respectively. Both energy storage devices can reach IP54 protection level and can adapt to ambient temperatures ranging from -20℃ to 50℃, which is in line with the climate conditions in Texas and meets customers’ outdoor application needs.
This project not only saves operating costs for customers, but also ensures the stability of the power system and the continuity of factory production and operation, bringing greater economic benefits to customers and enhancing the competitiveness and market adaptability of the wiring harness factory.
