Recently, UFO Power’s 400kW/800kWh air-cooled energy storage project was delivered to a rubber and plastic factory in Zibo, Shandong, injecting strong momentum into the sustainable development of the factory, realizing photovoltaic + energy storage backup power, efficiently utilizing green energy, and reducing production costs.
The factory served this time is located in the beautiful Zibo City. It is a manufacturer of rubber and plastic insulation materials integrating scientific research, design, and production. The factory was equipped with 5MW photovoltaic power generation equipment a few years ago to provide clean electricity for the company’s production and operation. However, with the continuous increase in the factory’s demand for energy, the original photovoltaic power generation system has experienced insufficient power supply or excessive waste when facing load fluctuations and peak electricity consumption.
This energy storage solution consists of 4 100kW/200kWh air-cooled energy storage integrated systems. It is an integrated energy storage system designed by UFO Power for a variety of industrial and commercial application scenarios. It integrates core modules such as batteries, PCS, BMS and EMS, maximizes space utilization, reduces installation costs, improves energy utilization efficiency, and helps rubber and plastic factories realize the storage and peak-shaving functions of photovoltaic power generation.
